I'm passionate about creating stories that change experiences for all.
All stories — from ancient myths to the stories of everyday people — teach us the value of communication and the change it can provide for individuals and businesses. My experiences navigating various cultures, public service, and creative agencies have shaped my commitment to accessibility, cross-cultural design, and putting people first, always.

My story
I was born in the hot and summer days of the Caribbean island of the Dominican Republic and raised in New Jersey. For about 7 years I lived in the beautiful city of Guayaquil, Ecuador until I returned to the United states, this time to North Carolina.
Throughout all this time, I learned how to communicate in a language and culture, that was not my own. The skills necessary to understand the spoken and unspoken aspects of life — a process I’ve applied to my creative life, trying to understand goals and metrics and the WHY behind each decision.
I’ve learned to craft brand design systems that drive business results across diverse mediums—from editorials and videos to websites and UI/UX. My approach goes beyond aesthetics; I delve into understanding your team and mission, whether you’re a mission-driven non-profit or a global corporation.
My process is a journey involving research, strategic ideation, and clear objective setting.
The power of design is to solve problems and create unforgettable experiences. This belief is fueled by my time living abroad, where I honed my design logic and led successful campaigns for companies like DP World and Graphisoft, achieving significant metrics like a 509% increase in transport registrations and a 650% rise in course enrollments.
As a freelance designer, I’ve recently guided agile development processes, delivering impactful visuals and strategies.

My design philosophy
Design for everyone
Everyone will face a disability at some stage—from a minor injury to the challenges of old age. We need to develop designs and solutions that promote autonomy, improve lives, and are accessible to all.
Design should connect people
Design fosters meaningful experiences and connections in our communities and those we cherish. We connect to people through fun, thought-provoking, or striking visuals to create memorable stories.
Data driven strategies
In an ever-increasing technological world, we need to sift through a lot of data to find the “why” behind many choices. Data should inform design to be effective in the era of information.
Never stop learning
Every solution is unique, so too must be our approach. Continuous learning and improvement—through refining techniques, exploring new tools, and adapting our perspectives—are essential.
